- a dating scene that reveals a lovey dovey couple (Yunho at themepark, Jae at beach), having a cute ‘fight’ with each other’s girl (Yunho with the ice cream scene, Jaejoong with the painting scene)
- Heartbreaking moment: getting the doctor tells Yunho/Jaejoong that they have a incurable disease
- Frustration scene: Yunho – got showering himself in shower, Jaejoong – having God showering him (standing in the middle of rain, lol) on the beach, both do the SCREAMING

Now just put a scene where Jaejoong trying to get rid of his gf by having a ‘date’ with other woman just to make her hating him, then the similarities will be just complete XDDD

[TRANS] 100909 TVXQ Trio’s Japan ORICON Chart 1 Testimony, “We Want to Provide Opportunities to Communicate with Fans”

Micky Yoochun, Xiah Junsu, Youngwoong Jaejoong, TVXQ trio released their first album ‘The…’ that was dropped on the 8th and was ranked 1st on Japan ORICON Daily Chart.

Yoochun, Junsu, and Jaejoong, “Since we’re regretting the lack of chance for us to get in touch with local fans, through this opportunity, we want to provide more frequent opportunities to interact with fans,” they said.

The trio first album ‘The…’ has been sold over 70,000 copies. ‘The…’ contains titles such as ‘Get Ready’, ‘Long Way’, in total 4 songs and with other inclusions of remixes and live versions sum up a total 12 tracks inserted in the album.

[NEWS] 100909 Musical Concert Starring Kim Junsu, VIP Seats are Sold Out in 1 Minute

Showing off an all time record of pre-order ticket sales in musical history, the VIP seats of “Kim Junsu Musical Concert & Levay with Friends” are sold out in only one minute, proving how the concert has garnered a hot interests from public.

The concert is built up with participation of the world music master Sylvester Levay, along with Junsu who also acted as leading role in “Musical Mozart!”, as well as many more Korean top musical actors.

The interests has been piled up particularly since the announcement of performances from “Mozart!”, highlight numbers from musical ‘Elizabeth’, and the release of new song for Junsu that is worked by Sylvester Levay.

When the ticket battle ended on the 7th, a production company official announced, “As recommended by the world dramatist Levay, the famous lyricist of Grammy Award winning songs “Fly Robin Fly” and “Get Up and Boogie” Michael Kunze has decided to participate in the lyrics of a new song written for Xiah Junsu. For the lyrics, the original one is scheduled to be written in English first.”

“Kim Junsu Musical Concert & Levay with Friends” starts from October 7th to 10th in Olympic Park Stadium.

[NEWS] 100909 Uwe Kröeger Visits Korea for ‘Kim Junsu Musical Concert’

A German musical actor Uwe Kröeger is confirmed to join ‘Kim Junsu Musical Concert – Levay with Friends’ for the 4 days performance from 7th to 10th next month in Olympic Stadium.

Uwe Kröeger was chosen to play role as der Tod (Death) in Europe’s top musical “Elizabeth”, and played even more leading roles in famous works such as ‘Mozart!’, ‘Les Miserables’, ‘Phantom of The Opera’, ‘Miss Saigon’, and many more.

His attendance is after the composer he’s been working a lot together with, Sylvester Levay proposed to him, and he finally made his decision after watching the video of South Korea’s ‘Mozart!’.

Uwe Kröeger “I admire the outstanding skill of Korea’s actor and am looking forward to work together with them,” he said, “Just after the offer to participate in musical concert in Korea was received, I emptied all my schedule and decided to visit Korea.”

With his participation, together with Min Young Gi who was roled as Archbishop in ‘Mozart!’, as well as Kim Junsu, they’re expected to create a different stage that is never seen.

Seo Bum Suk, Min Young Gi, Shin Young Suk, Bae Hae Sun, Park Eun Tae, Jung Seon Ah, Jeon Dong Suk, Kim Junsu, and Uwe Kröeger will form a harmony in songs from musical ‘Mozart!’, highlight number from ‘Elizabeth’, and new song composed by Sylvester Levay and Michael Kunze in which Kim Junsu will perform, the stage is promised to show variety of programs.

Dressed as a man, Horikita Maki’s drama “Hanazakari no Kimitachi e ~Ikemen Paradise~” was a big hit and still fresh in people’s minds, and in recent years, prominent Korean dramas have featured “a love story with a woman dressed as a man”. At the end of August, Korea broadcasted teenage historical drama “Toki Meki ☆ Sungkyunkwan Scandal”, with Tohoshinki’s Yuchun as the lead, as well as “a woman dressed as a man” as the keyword. In place of her sick younger brother, this love story depicts her entering an elite high school dressed as a man.

So then why is “a woman dressed as a man” such a big hit? One reason is the thrill of that the female cannot be busted. The heroine for some reason or secret dresses as a male, and when it seems that her cover is about to be blown, viewers are left guessing. Another reason is the special love story pattern. The male character who falls for the heroine that he thinks is a man will be confused, “thinking that he’s homosexual”, which is both interesting and draws for our sympathy. On the other hand, the female character who is thought to be male, falling in love is equally as fun to watch. A love story with the female dressed as a male containing such thrill and excitement, you’re definitely hooked after watching it once.

Lately in Japan’s music industry Korean Pop (K-POP) artists have been
bringing a new wave.

Not just in Korea but even in Japan Tohoshinki made a big break and as
if to continue to it, from last year BIG BANG, Chou Shin Sei (Supernova), and other male idols have been debuting in Japan. Followed by Girls Generation, KARA, and other female idol groups have been debuting this summer in Japan as well.

In the future, it seems not to be exaggerated to say that there will be even more chances to see K-POP artists once you turn on the TV.

“Various parties have been pushing it hard to market K-POP artists in Japan. Currently they seem to have won a lot of tie-up agreements ranging from CM song, anime theme song, even to drama theme song.”

As said by a staff who knows many domestic musics distributions in Japan.

“Currently one of the biggest place you can buy music from in Japan like TSUTAYA, already made bigger sections inside the store for Enka, idol, anime, and K-POP. A time may come that stores that sale J-POP may become rare.”

Also another music industry staff said “Actually, from next year Tohoshinki is going to start their activities as a 5 members group again. But due to copyright problems they can only do their activities inside Korea, but it is certain that they will boost K-POP popularity even more”

[AKP] 100909 JYJ ranks #1 on Oricon for both album and DVD sales

JYJ (JaeChunSu), which consists of Xiah Junsu, Jaejoong, and Yoochun, recently released both an album and a DVD in Japan.

Their album, “THE…“, was released on September 8th, and it topped the Oricon daily charts, selling 71,733 copies. Furthermore, the DVD of their Thanksgiving live ranked first as well.

[TRANS] 100909 Tohoshinki’s New Unit Debuts At Top Spot

Members of the popular Korean group Tohoshinki, Junsu, Jejung and Yuchun formed a new unit JUNSU/JEJUNG/YUCHUN, and its debut mini-album 『The…』 which was released on 8 September, recorded approximately 71,000 copies in first day sales, topping the 7 September Daily Album Rankings in their first showing.

This album contains songs from the Tokyo & Kyocera Dome concerts held in June this year, for the 『JUNSU/JEJUNG/YUCHUN THANKSGIVING LIVE IN DOME』 which attracted over 200,000 people. It includes “Itsudatte Kimi Ni”,“W” and other new songs, with a total of 4 songs recorded. It is sold in a CD+DVD and CD, a total of 2 versions. The CD+DVD contains the 4 new songs, together with their instrumental versions for a total of 8 tracks. The DVD contains Rehearsal clips from the June event. The CD version has the 4 new songs, as well as remix versions and the Live versions from the event, making it a total of 12 tracks.
