In a press conference held in W Seoul Walkerhill Hotel for KBS2TV drama 'SungKyunKwan Scandal', Micky Yoochun very honestly expressed that he felt extremely pressured due to his long absence from Korean activities.
He said that: 'The wounds in my heart hadn't healed completely and I really did not want to start any new activities, not to mention that this is acting. When I received the invitation to take part in this drama, I started to take acting classes, and I felt I was able to reconnect with other poeple. Acting made me a happier person.'
He thought back to the days of hardship and torment caused by conflict between he, Junsu and Jaejoong, and SME and said that 'There was a time when I felt completely antisocial, everyone around me was worried, and whenever I wanted to go out, my mom would get frightened, so I locked myself up at home.'
He also conveyed that 'This piece changed me. Since I started it, I wanted to do it well. Also, all the other actors are really nice to me, and I'm truly thankful for that, it's made me work even harder.
