[TRANS] 110210 U-Know Yunho Admits “Every Performance, I Worry That I’ll Get Hit By Changmin”

TVXQ’s U-Know Yunho admitted that he would get nervous everytime he got on stage with Choikang Changmin because he worried he might get hit.

U-Know Yunho, who appeared on ‘Happy Together 3′ on the 10th, confessed that, “When we go on stage to perform our new song ‘Why (Keep Your Head Down)’, there’s a part in the performance where it looks like Choikang Changmin and I are fighting. Choikang Changmin would hit my chest with no mercy during the actual performance though he hadn’t done anything of the sort while we had been rehearsing. It hurt a lot.“

Choikang Changmin’s action hurt so much that U-Know Yunho had to go up to him and ask, “Changmin, please don’t hit me too hard.”

The younger member agreed to U-Know Yunho’s plea and began pushing the latter’s chest instead of hitting it. But U-Know Yunho admitted that he still feels nervous whenever he gets on stage to perform the song.

JYJ’s Kim Junsu shed emotional tears when a global giant praised him on his performance for ‘Tears of Heaven’.

According to Core Contents Media and Seol Company, world renowned musical giant Frank Wildhorn, who is most famous for the musical ‘Jekyl and Hyde’, watched the first performance of ‘Tears of HEaven’ on the 1st and stated, “Kim Junsu showcased great acting skills. If I ever get the opportunity, I’d like to offer him the lead role in ‘Jekyl and Hyde’ on Broadway.“

Hearing such praise from Frank Wildhorn, Kim Junsu shed tears as he said, “I wanted to show everyone a great performance,” and showed his gratitude by embracing the musical giant.

JYJ’s P1 Visas Denied for US Performance

Members decides to pay for showcase themselves to honor their commitment to their fans in the US

11 November 2010 – JYJ has decided to go ahead and perform for their fans in the US despite being denied of their P1 visas. Cjes Management, the management company for JYJ has stated that it is of utmost importance that JYJ keeps their promise to their fans and they have been in New York since the 9th to await the decision only to be given the disappointing news.

According to US lawyers advising the team on the situation, JYJ will still be able to take stage on the condition that the performance is free and they receive no monetary benefit for the performance. Due to the fact that substantial costs has already been incurred by the promoters for production, flights, accommodations, there will still be a financial responsibility to be fulfilled which JYJ has decided to undertake this upon themselves to make the events happen.

Says Cjes Entertainment CEO, Mr Baek Chang Ju, “We are still awaiting the official reason to why their P1 visas have been denied since the band has followed every procedure required and also did their interviews accordingly. We are extremely puzzled by this matter and will continue investigations into it. For now, JYJ’s primary objective is to make sure that fans are still able to catch the showcase. Hence we have decided to step in on all costs associated with putting on the show to make sure that the events go on as planned.”

All venues have been informed on setting up FAQs on how fans can receive a refund on the tickets they bought. In addition, fans who have paid for a ticket will also receive a ticket to the free showcase. The rest of the tickets will be allocated on a first come first serve basis from Ticketmaster.

The refund process will start at 12pm on the 11th November 2010.

[INFO] SMTown to perform in Taiwan April 2011

MTV Taiwan “Top Entertainment” recently did a report on SHINee’s fanmeeting and conference in Taiwan. They discussed the performances by SHINee as well as the lucky fans who received clothing from the members.

The thing that caught most fans eyes was the mention of SMTOWN in Taiwan. MTV revealed that SMTOWN will be holding a concert in Taiwan with SNSD, SHINee, Super Junior, DBSK and the rest of the family sometime in April of 2011.

It looks like SME is taking more care of their fans in other countries. With the expansion to Japan, fanmeetings in Taiwan and other Asian countries, SM really is taking over Asia!

Kim Junsu, Singer and Musical Actor

The first surprise was during the first performance of the musical “Mozart!” in January. When the selling started, the sold-out tickets for the performances showed the ticketing power of “Xiah Junsu.” That was the first shocking event. The second surprise was the recognition based on his abilities that Kim Junsu got from people who were initially prejudiced against idols advancing into musicals.

Though it was “celebrity idol” Xiah Junsu who showed powerful ticketing power, it was the “rising musical star” Kim Junsu who melted the hearts of the audience. He received recognition from the 4th Musical Awards, as well as the Newcomer’s Award and Popularity Award in the 16th Korean Musical Daesang.

A four-day “Kim Junsu Musical Concert – Levay With Friends” concert was held by the proposal of composer Sylvester Levay. Though Kim Junsu has appeared on concert stages numerous times as a singer, performing onstage for the first time as a musical actor is a very new and exciting experience for him as a musical gives him more opportunities to be exposed to more diverse genres of music.

Despite being involved in all the controversy surrounding TVXQ in 2010, Kim Junsu still has a lot of things to be thankful for and happy about. After experiencing the satisfaction of performing onstage in a musical, there is a high possibility of him returning as musical actor “Kim Junsu” in the future.
