This is the first time TVXQ’s three members Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu came as JYJ to Taiwan for showcase. First at the airport, then at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center there were 5000 fans, for this short 29 hour trip to Taiwan could be said every minute counts.
JYJ hopes to appear in front of the Taiwanese fans next time through a concert.
Although this is a new album showcase, JYJ were not careless. They only had a slight rest backstage upon arrival and jumped straight into rehearsals. In the approximately 70 minute performance, JYJ sang 6 songs from their new album. Their opening song was Empty which instantly caused long awaiting fans to go crazy. In the middle, the broadcast the video of them working on the album in America in June, July of this year. The three of them were very happy they were able to come to Japan. Junsu used Chinese and said “你們爸爸媽身體好嗎？” (T/N: How’s your parents’ health?)
In the chat section, the three of them found out their tickets for this showcase were all sold out, so they thanked the fans for their enthusiastic support. When talking about their current situation they revealed news on each other. Right now Yoochun, who is filming the drama “Sungkyunkwan Scandal”, said Jaejoong and Junsu together brought 160 fried chicken to visit him. When talking about their private relationship, Jaejoong said every time they go out for a drink he ends up paying, and Junsu said seeing Jaejoong’s kitty is so cute, he bought 4! He said Jaejoong doesn’t know how to take care of the cat and wish for Jaejoong to give his cat to him.
The showcase ended with the dynamic rhythm of Empty Remix, JYJ is scheduled for press conference on October 31st.
